BAYG CRM Terms and Conditions


These Global Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BAYG CRM platform ("BAYG CRM," "we," "our," or "us"), including all related services, applications, integrations, and support services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BAYG CRM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply globally and in compliance with applicable laws.


2. Services Provided

BAYG CRM offers cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, integrations with third-party applications, data analytics, automation, and customer support. We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of our Services at any time.


3. SMS Marketing

  • This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected]

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

  • Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.


4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.

  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • You may terminate your account at any time.

  • If using BAYG CRM in the EU, UK, USA, Australia, or other regulated regions, you must comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.

  • Continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
